I could not be more excited to release this passion project! Rocky’s story has been in the works for over a year now, and I’m so proud of the collaborative effort of everyone involved. It was incredibly important to me that this message was handled with extreme care and thoughtfulness, making the message of #BodyNeutral appropriate and understandable for young children. By focusing on the building blocks of healthy habits - nutrition, movement, and rest - we can encourage children to develop healthy relationships with their bodies as they grow!
